O Grandson was running around collecting his high fives every time NY GIANTS did something.. Little one was jumping and hollering around cheering on the Giants. He was worn out by the second quarter. Funny.
Our little one tried to pull a quick five finger discount the other night I heard. I had a craving so the boys went to the local convenience store. Well, Grandpuppy went to get gum for me, at the same time he stuck one in his pocket, but didn’t leave. He just stood there contemplating the whole idea, only it took so long to figure this one out. Grandpa asked him if there was something in his pocket, and Grandson nodded his head. Grandpa told him to take it out and put it back. He did, and he got a few pats on the behind for even thinking it was okay to put things in his pocket that didn’t belong to him. He got a talking to, and later we explained to him that it's stealing in the ‘big people’ world. So no more of that is tolerated. He said he understood.
Grandpa got upset that our little one thought about doing things like that, I told him most small children pull little stunts like that and see if they can get away with it. Most of the time, just to see how we're gonna react, or see if they can get away with it.
